POSITION SUMMARY
The IS Support Specialist is responsible for initial first level user assistance – one to one, phone support, documentation, problem diagnosis, problem resolution and follow-up. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure at all times operating priniciples are being adhered to:
    1. Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
    2. Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
    3. Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to provide superior guest service.
    4. Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
  2. Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
  3. Effective management of service calls, problem reporting, problem research, problem diagnosis and problem resolution.
  4. Review and monitoring of Key AS/400 applications and OS/400 operating system, and Microsoft file servers and data communications.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
  6. Provide maintenance of personal computers and associated computer equipment.
  7. Provide implementation services on new software and hardware installations.
  8. Completes all company required training within designated time frames.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
  • Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
  • Availability to work scheduled work days, 7 days a week, varied work schedules and holidays.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prefer a two year degree in Information Systems. Two years experience of direct systems.
  • Ability to read, writes, understand and follow instructions.
  • Good oral communications skills.
  • Knowledge in the safe use of cleaning products.
  • Ability to work well with other people in a timely manner, according to standards.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid Gaming license.
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
  • Must complete all required company training.
