Job Description
The Solution in Cedar Falls is actively seeking applicants for a paid part-time position.
Qualified applicants should have:
-Outgoing personality with the ability to work directly in a customer facing environment.
-General understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office and basic networking. A+ and/or Microsoft/ Cisco training preferred.
-Eagerness to learn new products and technologies.
-Great problem solving skills and ability to investigate and resolve customer issues.
Job roles may include:
-Setup and installation of new customer equipment.
-Assisting primary technicians with in-house and customer projects.
-Performing regularly scheduled maintenance at customer locations.
-Maintaining video conferencing and firewall equipment.
-Responding to incoming support calls from customers.
-Antivirus/ Spyware removal from customer equipment.
-Other duties as required.
Position may lead to full time employment with The Solution.
Hours are adjustable based on availability.
